Join the celebration for the release of Cal Freeman's new poetry collection, Heard Among the Windbreak, on Wednesday, May 18, at 6:30 pm at GLCL in Grand Rapids, MI. This is a free reading and meet-the-author event!
Heard Among the Windbreak is a series of ecologically-minded lyrics set in the post-industrial watersheds of Southeast Michigan. Cal was born and raised in Detroit, MI. He currently teaches at Oakland University and lives in Dearborn, MI.
