Host Jenny Kinne speaks with Susan Kragt, executive director of the Grand Rapids-based nonprofit Refugee Education Center. The mission of the organization is to help refugee families who are already living here and who want to integrate more fully into the West Michigan community. "We do that by promoting education, which in turns fosters economic mobility and civic engagement," the organization states on its website.
