Who likes FETA? we've got a great feta cheese recipe for you today from Dancing Goat Creamery.
Honey Soaked Feta:
INGREDIENTS
- 3 ounces Dancing Goat feta, in one block
- fresh thyme sprigs
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ cup honey (preferably lavender)
- lavender blossoms (optional)*
- ¼ cup whole pecans
DIRECTIONS
Sprinkle the Feta with the thyme, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with the honey. Garnish with the
lavender blossoms, if using, and pecans.
*Fresh blossoms are best, but if you use dried lavender, make sure it is for culinary use.
