For two weeks we have been speaking with Sue Stauffacher from Stir the Pot GR. She has a plant-based food blog and supper club, and she teaches cooking classes.

She’s been eating a plant-centered diet since age 19 and enjoys sharing her skills with students of all ages. Her motto is ‘food you love that loves you back.’
