Gail Griffin leads this 2-part workshop, May 15 and May 22, from 3-5pm, using the metaphor of the threshold: the mysterious and powerful place between, the place at the edge of something new. We’ll talk about what gives memoir power, what’s difficult about working with personal memory, and how to approach writing the personal past. Participants will leave the first session with an assignment: to use the next week to expand something begun in part one.
