For most kids the first day of school is full of excitement. Unfortunately, for many children that excitement is often overshadowed by worry and embarrassment about being unable to purchase school supplies. With the help of the10th annual backpack and school supply drive, over 500 children in D.A. Blodgett - St. John's programs will start a new school year with pride.
Shopping list:
- Big and sturdy backpacks
- 1 and 3 inch ring binders
- Spiral notebooks
- 2 pocket folders
- 3 hold punched paper
- Pens, pencils, crayons and makers
Please drop of between Monday, August 8 and Friday, August 12 at 805 Leonard St NE, Grand Raids, 49503 or at any Adventure Credit Union in Grand Rapids.
