City Commission to meet January 24

The City Commission will meet for their bi-monthly meeting on Tuesday, January 24. Brownfield Plans for several elementary schools are to be discussed.

This Tuesday, January 24, the Grand Rapids City Commission will meet for its bi-monthly meeting.

On this week's agenda are a number of hearings to discuss amendments to Brownfield Plans at several local elementary schools; Eastern Avenue Elementary, Lexington School, Oakdale School, and Stocking Elementary, respectively.

There will also be a report given by the Election Commission electing precinct inspectors and designating polling places for the February 28 Presidential Primary Election.

As a reminder, all city commission meetings are open to the public, including the 8:10 a.m. session. The 7:00 p.m. session is also open for public comment and discussion.
