Enjoy a night with Coppercraft Distillery at the Downtown Market! Join us for a hands-on cooking experience in the teaching kitchen and enjoy this delicious menu:

  • Flambeed shrimp - Spicy sauteed shrimp flambeed with Coppercraft High-Rye Whiskey over creamy white cheddar polenta

  • Crusted Pork Tenderloin - Maple and Coppercraft AppleJack marinated pork tenderloin with a spent grain crust, AppleJack chutney and High-Rye Whiskey-bacon brussel sprouts
