Michigan State University's Dr. David Foran, director of the nation's oldest forensic science education program, will introduce participants to the world of forensic science. Discover the difference between the dramatized versions portrayed in the media and the highly technical testing that actual forensic scientists conduct. Dr. Foran will focus on modern forensic casework, ranging from the tragic to the fantastic, and highlight numerous fascinating cases from the past.
