Join us for a picnic dinner and a book talk that discusses, what’s the point of being a Christian?  Catholic Priest and Dominican Friar, Timothy Radcliffe was former Master of the Order of Preachers.  His book won the prestigious Michael Ramsey prize for theological writing in 2007.  Filled with humor, friendship and wisdom, the pages of Radcliffe’s book outline a way of living which is at once faithful to the teachings of Jesus while rooted in the tradition of the church and responsive at the same time to the turbulence of the modern world.

**Reading the book is not required, but copies will be available at the CIC.

(We will be picnicking indoors in the CIC Café.)
