The West Side Water Power Canal was built in 1866–67 by furniture and lumberbaron, William Thompson Powers.
The talk and walk will be accompanied with support photos. Bring your camera as I show you photos of what used to be.

Walking tour will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Tour will follow the river walk from the Fish Ladder to the Grand Rapids and Indiana (Blue) Bridge and a walk back.
