John Stewart has been Perrin Brewing Company's head brewer for about a year and a half. Before that, he brewed for New Holland Brewing, Saugatuck Brewing Company and as a homebrewer. Perrin Brewing is located at 5910 Comstock Dr NW. 

In the video, Stewart gives an overview of the different steps involved in the process of brewing. Member of his brew staff featured in the video are Adam LeClaire, Justin Stewart, Bill VanEenenaam and Bryan Bastow.
