Rosa Parks Circle is at the intersection of Monroe Center and Monroe Avenue.

On Tuesday, September 16 the Grand Rapids Original Swing Society (GROSS) will host a dance night at Rosa Parks Circle beginning at 7 p.m.

The dance is open to the public for a donation. Participants who donate five dollars or more will receive a special VIP wristband. Free lessons are available between 7-7:30 p.m. for those interested. Tuesday's feature artist will be DJed swing music.

The evening's dance is Disney themed and participants are invited to dress up, but not required. All ages are welcome.

GROSS boasts over 5000 members and currently holds the title for largest swing dance by Guinness World Records. On the first Tuesdays of the month GROSS features a 20 piece live big band.

Grant assistance from Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. helps to make the Rosa Parks Circle donation dance possible.
