It’s time to Rock the Block! Join LINC Community Revitalization, Inc. on Madison Avenue at Hall Street on June 15th, 2013 to celebrate community, culture and connection to opportunity! From 11am to 6pm the street will be filled with local food, live entertainment, community resources, a college & job fair, give-a-ways and activities for kids of all ages.

Rock the Block also provides an opportunity to learn about healthy lifestyles, houisng options, and offer direct access to education and job opportunities. This year’s Rock the Block will feature health and wellness, housing and educational and employment opportunities for our community. From health screenings to checking out community organizations, Rock the Block provides resources to keep families healthy and happy!

Last year this event attracted more than 3,000 residents, and over 50 entities came to share information. This year we anticipate attracting more residents from the community, and expanding access to community resources.

It's not too late if you or your organization wants to be involved as well—fill out our vendor form and return it to LINC, or contact JeRae Wise at 616.451.9140 or [email protected] for more information.

Everyone is welcome, so bring the whole family and join us in celebration of the Southtown community!
