Candy, learning kits, and free family fun!

October is Child Safety month and Family Futures is here to celebrate and educate! This year, Family Futures and Garfield Neighborhoods Association are co-hosting a first ever trunk or treat! This free event is meant to be a family event that will be informative to the parents about the resources they have available and fun for the kids! In addition to handing out candy, Family Futures will also be giving out learning kits to each family that comes to the event. Organizations that are attending include: Consumers Energy, Riding for Ryan, and Comprehensive Therapy Center. This event will also be sponsored by: Trader Joe’s, Arnie’s Bakery, and Meijer. Meijer will also be having a raffle for every family that attends and the prize for the winner will be a $100 Meijer gift card!
