Food Bank client conquers chronic illness with nutrition

Michele Childs struggled with diabetes and weight for years. The staff at Streams of Hope helped her overcome those challenges through diet and exercise.

Streams of Hope, a partner agency of Feeding America West Michigan Food Bank, is helping clients manage chronic illnesses through exercise, nutrition, and encouragement. Learn more about the Nutritional Options for Wellness program at accessofwestmichigan.org.
