Helen, the most beautiful woman in the world, had an active life in Greek myth. Did she willingly follow Paris to Troy (triggering the Trojan War)? Or was it a case of mistaken identity and Helen never went to Troy at all, but was just dropped off in Egypt by the god Hermes? Diane Rayor (Classics GVSU) will trace the twisted journey of Helen from Homer, the playwrights, and poets of ancient Greece to today's Helen & Troy's Epic Road Quest.
