1. A WAY: OUT, THROUGH, AND INTO
Facilitator: Mark Walstrom, Psychotherapist and Spiritual Director

Weekly on Tuesdays:  March 11 - April 29 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Has your life felt mechanical, monotonous or empty? Have you been trying various forms of self-improvement or spiritual practices but haven’t noticed any lasting progress? A Way: Out, Through, and Into is an eight session, psycho-spiritual program that offers participants a simple, yet life-changing, process for moving out of limiting, painful ways of living and into more natural, authentic, transparent, and enlivening ways of being. The course draws on the inspiration and guidance of the great sages throughout history who know this path intimately and many of our contemporary spiritual teachers who know how to walk this path and navigate the challenging landscape of our current times (Thomas Merton, Richard Rohr, Carl Jung, Joseph Campbell, Mark Nepo). Through integrating psychology and spirituality we open up to a whole new way of being where we discover our deepest callings and true gifts. Cost: $300.00. * CFD: Methodology. Get more information by calling the DCM front desk at 616.514.3325; or to go directly to online registration HERE .

2. A WAY THROUGH (LEVEL II)
Facilitator: Mark Walstrom, Pshchotherapist and Spiritual Director
Weekly on Mondays: March 17 - May 5, 2014 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

After completion of Level I, participants have various group options to choose from to enter more consciously and intentionally into the transformative process that was learned in Level I. This stage of the journey is known as liminal space…the "in-between" space….or the place of transition. It is when we have left the familiar, but have not yet been able to replace it with anything else (a.k.a. the dark night of the soul, the desert sojourn, the geography of nowhere). Trained facilitators who are sensitive to this difficult and challenging part of the journey guide participants through "entry point" experiences that center, engage and integrate mind, body and heart while allowing one’s life to unfold and evolve naturally (to "locate" oneself) in the midst of uncertainty. There is no completion of Level II but participants have the opportunity to go deeper into the process if they desire in an upcoming Level III. Cost: $175.00. Note: completion of Level I is a prerequisite to start Level II. Get more information by calling the DCM front desk at 616.514.3325; or to go directly to online registration HERE .
