Matt Ulery presents an all star edition of “Loom” on Sunday March 20th, 3pm at LaFontsee Galleries Grand Rapids location. Loom’s instrumentation and personnel is flexible. The edition performing Sunday, March 20th at 3 p.m. includes a who’s who of Chicago’s music community: Rob Clearfield on keyboards; Jon Deitemeyer playing drums; the return of trumpeter Russ Johnson, who performed in the Underground Series with the Charlie Kohlhase’s Explorers Club in March of 2015; Geof Bradfield blowing bass clarinet and Matt Ulery offering double bass, tuba and compositions.
