Harrison Park Media Team reporters interviewed themselves for their first article on The Rapidian. The students have been writing for their school newspaper since September and are now writing for the broader Grand Rapids community. The Media Team will be writing about what happens in the school, their neighborhood, and the city they live in. Harrison Park Media Team is lead by Gwen Heatley, and includes students from 2nd through 8th grade.
This Is Me!

Hi, I'm Trisana and this is all about me. I like to play basketball. Basketball is exercise, that is why I like it! I also love to take photos. Photos tell a story, that is why I like taking photos. I go to Harrison park School. Harrison Park is awesome!

Something about me, Ashley, is that I love soccer and basketball. I like reading – at least one hour. I like to hang with my friends and play Roblox. The person I believe in is my teacher, Mrs. Heatley.

Things About Me

There are many things about me that are interesting. But many interesting things people don’t know. For example, I want to help children when I grow up. I love sports like soccer and volleyball. Even though I don’t like basketball, I still try. All my friends are family to me.

My name is Paul. I’m a guy who likes soccer, and I’m in fourth grade. I like to be on the Media Team because I get to hang out with my cousin, and I like using computers. My favorite article I wrote is about Thanksgiving. My favorite games on PS3 are The Last of Us, all of the Black Ops, and Minecraft. I have three brothers and one sister and one cousin named Diego.
