To honor and mourn the almost 57,000,000 lives lost to abortion since 1973, Grand Rapids Right to Life is sponsoring the annual Memorial Service for the Unborn.
The keynote speaker is Deacon Jim Thorndill from St. Thomas the Apostle Parish in Grand Rapids. Thorndill is also co-host of The Deacons Hour program on Holy Family Radio.
The memorial service is a time of prayer and remembrance, with special music provided by the elementary school choir from Our Lady of Consolation.
Diapers and baby wipes will be collected for donation to local crisis pregnancy centers.
