The West Michigan Whitecaps are hosting a Purple Community night sponsored by Lake Michigan Credit Union to support cancer research at Van Andel Institute (VAI)! Join us for an evening of hope at the ballpark and help us raise funds to support cancer, Parkinson’s and other disease research at VAI. Thanks to an endowment established by our founders Jay and Betty Van Andel, 100% of all funds raised go directly into research – that’s 100% HOPE! The fun starts at 6:00 p.m. and the game begins at 7:00 p.m. The evening will include: Dime Dogs! That’s right folks, hot Dogs are just a dime! Purple Baseball Giveaway to first 1,000 through the gate Purple Community photo booth on the concourse Keep your eye out on the concourse and get your photo taken with stilt walkers 50/50 Raffle with half the proceeds to benefit Van Andel Institute
